PetroApp is an electronic application which works on different smart phones and computers, and provide the registered users with the following services:
– Give the car owners and drivers, and the equipment which works with fuel, the chance to recognize the fuel stations through the application with the ability of paying through it.
– Enable the fuel stations to expand its activities and get more clients through the application.
Conditions:
– No one has the right to exploit the brand of PetroApp without informing us and getting an written permission from us.
– The non-accredited and non-registered fuel stations in PetroApp don’t have the right to put our logo on their facilities, equipment, buildings, invoices and neither on their websites nor their pages on social media.
– It’s unpermitted to copy our provided services or resell or imitate or advertise or publish it without our approval.
– It’s unpermitted to create similar programs or applications which based on the main idea of PertoApp whatever their shapes or names.
– It’s unpermitted to hinder the registered users to benefit from the provided services or abstain from providing it whatever the reasons are or under any title.
– It’s strictly prohibited try hacking the accounts of individuals or stations which use PetroApp, and who commit this act will expose himself to legal liability and we have the right to bring him to trial with all legal ways and means.
-The employers who are responsible for registering the clients data and the registered stations in the application are unpermitted to disclosure some, all or parts of the clients data to any aspects under any circumstance or title, and who commit this act will expose himself to get fired and will be prosecuted directly.
What is the guarantee for the confidentiality of the users’ information?
All the data and information which being collected from users or clients whether the application’s users or fuel station owners like mobile and fixed phones numbers and the e-mail addresses are protected by us and we will not publish, disclosure or give it to any third part under any circumstance. And, in the case of publishing these data, the user will be the responsible for that and we don’t have any responsibility toward this matter. So, we advise you to log out from the application once you finish using it and close the browser if you log in to the application through computer to prevent your information of being exposed to disclosure or publish.
Using the application:
Some necessary conditions must be available in the individuals or the aspect who use the application:
Regarding individuals:
– The individual who use the application must be over 18 years old at registering in the application.

– The company present an written approval with the applications’ conditions to deal with users, and to ensure providing the suitable service with correctly according to the signed contract between both of the company and the application.
– The application define a serial number, name and a password for the station in which the station will be responsible for its confidentiality and its use. And, it can change the password according to what ensure the full confidentiality of its data and deals with the application.
How the clients’ data are used?
– These data, which are mentioned before, are used in registering the log in of clients on the application and benefitting from its services.

So, no party has the right to resell it, copy or programmatic modify it. And. It’s strictly prohibited using the software with individual status away from the main purpose of contracting, and any other use of the software and the source code or a part of it or use it in other projects. And, we have the right to take the necessary legal and compensatory actions due to the damage which is the result of this violation.
